Utility Exclusion:
The dried-in price does not include any utilities, such as, electrical, plumbing, well, septic, phone or cable.

Foundation Exclusion:
The dried-in log cabin kit includes a basic crawl space foundation on a flat level building site. If your building site does not meet these parameters additional cost will be incurred.

Site Preparation Exclusion:
Also not included in this package pricing is site clearing, foundation excavation or backfill. We can provide these services but they’re will be additional fees.

Custom Build Exclusion:
In order to control cost and maintain building efficiencies we do not allow any changes to kit design. However, if you do wish to alter any cabin design we will be happy to draft a custom quote to meet your needs.
